Farmer’s Market
This past Sunday we were able to go to our first Farmer’s Market and we actually had a decent selection to offer including zucchini, green beans, snap peas, french breakfast radishes, cut flowers, and hand carved wooden utensils. Soon after setting up we had our first customer who purchased about 1 pound of green beans! Unfortunately about an hour after the market started it began to pour and pour all day long. Sadly our first customer was also the only person who came to the market that day.
We took our one sale as good sign and came home to blanch, freeze, and eat the rest. Now that the veggies have started to roll you’ll be seeing us at the rest of the Plymouth Tractor Supply Farmer’s Markets. They are the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month and go from 9am to 3pm. At the next one on August 10th we’ll also have raisin bread for sale. Can’t wait to see you there!
