Music garlic is flavorful, vigorous, and productive. It produces large cloves with some pink/purple streaking on the skins which is more prominent when grown in soil with low fertility. Produces delicious scapes in early summer.
Package includes 1/2 pound of garlic perfect for planting out on your homestead this fall. Suitable for growing in zones 3-6.
We’ve been growing this garlic for ten years and have grown it in New Hampshire (our previous location) and West Virginia with success. All of our crops, including this garlic are grown organically.
